Having one thing in your calendar convenient for you would be nice.
In our busy lives, we find ourselves running from one appointment to another.
We sit in traffic jams more than we would like to admit and feel frustrated that we are not in control of our day. The obligations in our calendar are running the show.
Therapy shouldn’t feel that way. Deciding to take charge of your mental health should make you feel in control – like you can choose when, how, and where to work towards your goals.
That is why online therapy is the most convenient way to get the help you need, wherever you are.
Does online therapy work?
When I began offering online therapy, I was nervous about whether I would connect with clients in the same way as during a face-to-face interaction. Above all, I was afraid that having sessions through video would not let me provide the best therapy to my clients.
I was so wrong.
Online therapy works just as well – if not better – than traditional in-office therapy. From the comfort of your home, office, or any other private space, you have a session without needing to worry about the traffic, how to take two hours (you only need one) off during your workday, or who will take care of your kids.
Feel more grounded by seeking online therapy.
As you spend less time coming to the office, you can use the time to get ready for the session.
During this time, you can go through your notes and homework and think about what is important to address during our meeting. This time helps you feel more present and improves our work together.
Having familiar and comforting surroundings while talking to me also makes you feel more grounded and helps you open up more.
So how does it work?
You start by scheduling your free, no-obligation 20-minute video or phone consultation.
There’s no confusing software to download – all you need is a computer or phone and a pair of headphones for privacy to have the consultation.
During your call, I’ll ask you some questions and allow you to ask me anything, so we can see if we’re a good fit for each other.
After your consultation, you can book an intake session to dive deep into what’s happening and what you want to achieve in therapy.
You will have access to a secure client portal where we’ll have our sessions, and you can schedule the appointments, giving you control over making sure the session times work for you.
